The person who answers the phone doesn't seem to know much about the salon's stylists and experience levels. The girls behind the front desk act a little too much like bored teena...

Roca is the Best!!! 6/5/2011

I've been a Roca customer for over 7 years and although I am a client I feel as though everyone there is a friend and that this is my Country Club! Rhonda is better than any stylist/colorist than I've had in either NYC or Dallas, Marsha is so good at nails she surpasses all others. I love this place and I recommend it to anyone!!!!! more

My stylist Jessie was great! He was really nice and he loved hair, cutting my hair was like a piece of art to him. He did a perfect job. more

First Experience was Awesome!!! 6/2/2011

I experienced my first appointment with Bailey at Roca yesterday and I have nothing but rave reviews for the service I received from him, as well as, the rest of the staff. They are so welcoming and dedicated to making it the best experience possible for everyone that walks through the door. I not only am thrilled with my haircut, it was the best 1 1/2 hours of my entire day yesterday. Great job Roca!! I will definitely be back! more

I always get compliments on my hair from friends and even strangers and I tell them the same thing, go to Janelle at Roca Salon, she is the best! She truly has a gift for color and I love the way she cuts my hair. I follow her maintenance and product recommendations so that my hair stays shiny and healthy between visits. I get my brows shaped up each time by Lacey, and absolutely love the results, it truly makes a big difference! more

I went in to get the Deva 3 step and came out happy as a clam. My stylist, Caitlin did a wonderful job and explained it fully so I can use the products at home. I would definitely recommend Roca to everyone! more

Eyelash extensions are the bomb! 5/18/2011

Anesa does an excellent job with my eyelash extensions, and I love the natural yet noticable enchancement to my eyes. Plus Anesa is such a great person, I also enjoy my relaxing time chatting with her every two weeks. It's a lift for my face and my spirit every time I'm there! more

Awesome Salon and Spa 5/16/2011

I was in town on business and made an appointment at Roca. I received the royal treatment. I had an amazing facial with Anessa, followed by a gorgeous hair color and blow day by Bailey, then make up with Angel, as I had a business event to attend. I wish Roca could pick up and move to Boston. I will definitely be back the next time I am in KC. AAAAAA++++ more

Appointments are hard to make, as the phone service tends to experience extreme difficulty and they would like you to leave a message to make an appointment. When I call, I am prepared to make my appointment then with my planner. When they call back, I am not always attached to my schedule to book an appointment a month out. The cut and service are always excellent while there. more

Best salon in Kansas City 4/25/2011

Joey is amazing with color and conditioning and so kind and patient too. I always feel welccome and the level of professionalism is so apparent in everyone at Roca. Jesse styled and straightened my hair for an event on Saturday and it lasted for 4 days... and I received so many compliments. Thank you Joey and Jesse! more
