I loved this program and I lost 100 pounds painlessly. Yes, they do say you can lose weight without excercise, but I chose to excercise anyway. The diet is more balanced than a previous reviewer would have you think. Although it does empahsize protein, it also virtually eliminates refined carbohydrates and has you eating up to 8 servings a fruits and vegetables a day. The diet is calorie restrictive. You have to take in less than you put out to lose weight and this works. The best part is that once you get it off, they teach you how to keep it off. Yes, it is expensive, but not as expensive as heart bypass surgery, diabetes treatment for the rest of your life, or a funeral! Pros: Easy, fast, you eat real food, you don't feel hungry Cons: Staff are not medical experts more

A good trainer will cost you significantly less and deliver much better results. 10/6/2007

This program is based on products that will cost you $45 a week and $25 in program costs. It cost to much an delivers to little. The nutrition plan is protien based so much of the weight loss is water based. It also claims to help you loose without exercise. If you don't exercise you are loosing muscle and will put the weight back on. The consultants have no medical training even though they wear scrubs. They work on commission. Their exact food products can be found online for $9 a box, they charge $15. Similar products can be found at Wal-mart for $5 a box. The supplements are also overpriced and have ingrediants that can be dangerous. Please get a good trainer and the local Y or another gym. It will cost you less, teach you more about real healthy eating, and give you an easy to follow exercise plan that's taylored to your preferences, body type and needs. Pros: Accountability Cons: Extremely Expensive more
