I loved this program and I lost 100 pounds painlessly. Yes, they do say you can lose weight without excercise, but I chose to excercise anyway. The diet is more balanced than a previous reviewer would have you think. Although it does empahsize protein, it also virtually eliminates refined carbohydrates and has you eating up to 8 servings a fruits and vegetables a day. The diet is calorie restrictive. You have to take in less than you put out to lose weight and this works. The best part is that once you get it off, they teach you how to keep it off. Yes, it is expensive, but not as expensive as heart bypass surgery, diabetes treatment for the rest of your life, or a funeral!
Pros: Easy, fast, you eat real food, you don't feel hungry
