I was so worried that there was something wrong with my transmission, I almost cried. I took it in to Quick Align, and left it with them to determine the problem. They were kind enough to have a wonderful employee give me a ride home, and I felt that we were safe on the car ride, which is important to me as a mom. There was great communication, and I know that everything possible was done to quickly and correctly diagnose the problem.
