Fantastic service 4/19/2016

I was so worried that there was something wrong with my transmission, I almost cried. I took it in to Quick Align, and left it with them to determine the problem. They were kind enough to have a wonderful employee give me a ride home, and I felt that we were safe on the car ride, which is important to me as a mom. There was great communication, and I know that everything possible was done to quickly and correctly diagnose the problem. It wasn't my transmission, and I am so thankful that I was not taken advantage of, was treated fairly and with respect. Thanks Quick Align! more

Oil Change 3/23/2016

I use Amsoil in my truck but couldn't find a shop that carried Amsoil. I bought the Amsoil online but most shops wouldn't do the oil change unless I bought the their oil. Quick Align did the oil change for me. Thanks more

Honesty 3/15/2016

My Ford Escape needed repaired. I had not used a garage in the area & my son-in-law recommended Quick Align. I'm so glad he did! They are good people. I was able to drop my Escape off & they took me back home. They took their time explaining the issues, letting me know what was urgent & what could wait. I felt no pressure. I had a general idea what was wrong, and I feel Quick Align was totally honest. I highly recommend them. more

Oil Change 3/14/2016

This was not my first time at Quick Align, this time for an oil change, however my wife and I still received the same courteous and professional service. Quick Align is the best service and friendliness place I have gone to in San Marcos. I will continue going there for my cars service. more

A GIRL AND HER TRUCK 2/29/2016

I recently lifted my truck (myself) and Quick align was the only place that would align it with a 4 in lift. I was quoted several hours due to many people already ahead of me and was then offered a ride to wherever I needed to go and coffee while I waited. The 5 hour wait turned into 20 min and was recommended to go to discount to get my tires rotated. Discount noticed a factory bolt (meant to be after market from my lift) rubbing my axel. I immediately called Quick align for help because they do after market products. They not only let me watch them saw the bolt off my truck but they spoke with respect and did not even charge me for the work. I recommend this shop, not only for the great service, but because they are great people and do great work. more

Took our car in to Quickalign because the AC was not cooling properly. Eric, who has always taken great care of us in the past, got us checked in quickly and told us not to worry - they would have a diagnosis ASAP. When he called me a few hours later, Eric told me that they had discovered the coolant was low in the system, and no actual repairs were needed. He said they had recharged the system and it was cooling much better! They could have easily told me that we needed hundreds of dollars of repairs....I would not have known any better. But they are very trustworthy, and treat you like a friend, not just another customer. more

Very clean and professional!!!! 8/7/2015

We had my Ford Focus worked on , ya'll did a great job, let my husband know exactly what needed to be done and the car was finished when ya'll said it would be. Appreciate the correct power steering pump was installed- finally!!!!! Was the 4 pump put in my car by other places. I also appreciate my car being clean - as it was when we dropped it off. In the past there's been oil or grease on the steering wheel or seat. Overall we are very happy and will use Quick Align again!!! Thank you!! more
