I made an appointment for December 1st 2015 at 07:45 for blood work, I arrived before the appointment time. It took them 17 minutes before I was called, even though I had an appointment at 07:45 am and there were only 5 people waiting when I arrived.
After I was called, I was told to go to room #3. The technician tried about 6 times to find my vein in left arm. After a while I told her to try the other arm and it took her 4 to 6 times to find the vein there. I do not believe she has any idea where the vein was before she inserted the needle in either arm she simply inserted the needle once and started fishing for a vein. I believe she needs some training. In my opinion the service was poor and I believe that the technician was not competent. I have been taking these blood tests for 25 years and I have never had this much problem finding a vein. In my opinion for the amount of the charges for your service this is not accepablle.
