Quality Toyota & Scion of Corona

Everything was great. The salesman and employees were very courteous and explained everything about the car to me so that I would be able to understand functions and buttons more

I know most people don't take the time to call or write to tell someone if they have an exceptional experience but I promised myself that I would not do that so here goes. A few weeks ago I purchased a new Avalon but the diamond white color I wanted was not currently in their inventory so I was told they would get one for me with all of the features I wanted. They also said that it might take a week or so. Of course although I was anxious to get my new car I told the Sales Manager that I would prefer to keep my current van another week or two anyway because we were having family visit us from out of state and we planned on taking them on a sightseeing trip around the area and needed to have more seats anyway. Then while we were in the mountains showing them around in my van, a ford, we heard a loud noise and then smoke and then the van just rattled and quit running. Obviously I was devastated so I called the Sales Manager at Quality Toyota to see if my new car was by chance ready or to see is they had a rental we could use. I fully intended to call AAA to have them pick up the van and take us to a rental, however John, the Sales Manager said to just tell him where we were exactly and he would send a tow truck to pick up the blown up van and deliver a rental car to us to use for the rest of the day. I was so blown away by the kindness he offered me that I really didn't ask him if my new Avalon was in yet. My family couldn't believe that a dealership would do that!! About an hour later when the Tow Company truck showed up it had our brand new car on the flatbed truck and after he unloaded my beautiful new car, he loaded up the Ford and took it back to the dealership. Thanks to the wonderful people at Quality Toyota they turned what was an embarrassing situation for me with my family into a fabulous day with my family enjoying taking the first drive with me in my new car. And the amazing thing was the Avalon had so much room that everyone was very comfortable. Of course my family got tired of me telling them to dust more

Of couse my family got tired of me telling them to dust the snow off of their shoes and dry them before they got in my brand new car with the light ivory colored interior! Ha!Ha! I will remember that day forever and will always trust Quality Toyota to take care of all of my families vehicles. They are the only place I would trust to help me purchase my next vehicle. They were excellent! more

The service center was great… My experience was very good. WALTER COE my service manager was VERY polite and courteous. On top of that he was very honest and straight forward… He even helped me check for updates or recalls for my vehicles. Walter was very nice and helpful. One of the best I have delt with. The complimentary car wash is always a bonus. more
