Pzazz Salon & Day Spa

Horrible service!!!!! I made my appointment two months in advance to get my eyebrows, legs, and a Brazilian done for my husband return from deployment. This all normally has taken an hour in the past. I was tortured for 2 HOURS!!!! And it was painful as hell. I had to sit there while she ripped and reripped the same spot 3-4 times. She forgot to prime one of my legs and the wax stuck straight to it which was even more painful when she ripped and reripped 5-6 times in the same spot. Now on to the Brazilian, I still have hair on my privates from where she ripped off the hair and did not get the root. I have wax burn, she ripped my skin off And i still have hairs that are long randomly all over. When I confronted them about this they asked me to come back in so they could look at the damage. They offered me a discount for the next service and i wanted my money back they refused. Saying they do not refund money from services rendered. But that is after I went back in and the humiliated me by making me take my clothes off again for a stranger and saying it was not that bad. Then about two hours after I left the woman called me again to tell me she talked to the owner and defiantly will not be giving me my money back. I am writing the BBB as well no one should ever have to deal with poor waxing skills and poor customer service. DO NOT GO TO PZAZZ SALON AND DAY SPA IN SILVERDALE WASHINGTON!!!!!!!!!! more

This place is like a real spa. They totally pamper you! They met all my needs and more! The pricing is comparable to others, but this place goes all out! more

At Pzazz, you can guarantee you'll leave feeling refreshed and looking great! I love my stylist there, and she's never steered me wrong with a style. I've yet to try their spa offerings but I can tell you that they do have great manicurists. I love that they keep their hair dryers turned down, so you don't have to yell over the noise too! The receptionists are awesome, but busy! If for some reason they aren't chatty, it's because they are working hard! You can not go wrong with choosing to have your hair taken care of at Pzazz! Pros: Trendy, fashion forward, stylish Cons: None! more

The Receptionist is extremely rude. The three times that I went to the salon, I thought she was just having a bad day the first two times, but by the third time I realized she is just rude. The atmosphere is not classy, however the stylist was very good. I will not go back. more

I'll be going here any time I want to get my hair done from now on.. I usually go to a little place in Bremerton, but decided to get a trim a couple weeks ago at the Seaport salon (also in old town Silverdale), which was nice and all, but when I tried to make an appt to get my hair done for my school dance they were booked and I ended up going with Pzazz. I'm glad I did because this is my new salon! The waiting area is super stylish and makes you feel gorgeous, even though the seats aren't very comfy. They offer something to drink upon your arrival, everybody is really nice, & the service is great. My appt was at noon but I guess the hairdresser I was scheduled for was sick so I had to wait about 45 min for someone else to come in, which was ok because the atmosphere is really nice and I got a complementary paraffin hand treatment. My difficult curly hair ended up looking great and the style stayed pretty well. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 was because the receptionist lady offered water when I walked in, which I never got, then when she told me the stylist would be late offered me tea again and forgot again, until about 20 min later after another customer came into the waiting room and asked for something. I got mine after his. All of the other good stuff cancelled it out, and I'm sure it's not a regular occurrence. Pros: Great service & atmosphere, get the style that you ask for Cons: Difficult to find the first time. more
