Awful customer service!\r I have had a terrible experience from leasing my car to the service I received. My lease was written incorrectly and I had to make 2 extra trips to the dealership and they wanted me to sign a new lease at 0 miles when I had already driven the car for a month, which could have put me over an extra month's worth of miles when my lease was over. When I went to get my first oil change I was told it would be $39.99 and it turned out being $95. I was told it was due to the synthetic oil, but all other dealerships I asked about synthetic oil changes said it would be around $50. The customer service is pitiful and no one knows the correct answer to anything you ask them. I will not buy another car here or will I return to the service department. more

I recently took my 2009 MDX into Pye Acura for service. I was pleasantly greeted by a young man named Andy. He listened to my issues about my car and promptly had it brought into service. I was kept informed and my car was returned washed and vacuumed. I must admit this was a vast improvement over past visits and I was informed that Pye Acura was under new management. I hope my recent visit is what to expect on future visits as the service was good, friendly and I felt they were very honest with me. more

I dont know what kind of outfit they are running down there at PYE Acura but the owner or manager really needs re-evaluate their hiring policy or at least do some random drug testing. I was at the lot just looking when one of the saleman, I believe his name was James, walked up to me and asked if he could help. Of course I was just looking and told him so and sent him on his way. more

PYE ACURA Service Ripoff 9/2/2011

DO NOT TRUST PYE ACURA Brought 2006 MDX to Pye Acura for engine vibration problem. Pye said there was a diagnostic fee of $99 which would be applied to repair. After 1.5 days PYE said problem was carbon build up in engine and transmission was overfilled. Wanted to charge $600. We had carbon removed price was $300.00 and PYE would NOT apply $99 to repairs. They said they performed a service not a repair. Problem still exists and was diagnosed by SS Auto for free. According to Acura Customer care the software needs to be updated for free to fix problem and is clearly identified by dealers looking at VIN number. Pye service charged us for work not needed and would charge us for additional unneeded work if we had not stopped them. Bottom line do NOT have car serviced or buy from this dealership! PYE general manager is aware of situation as is Acura customer care more

I have had the worst experience ever with PYE Acura We had our check engine light come on in the car reading a bad oxygen sensor After going to the dealership, they advised us that it was because we did not have their $160.00 part on the car and we needed to get that particular part. We ordered the same part number from the manufacturer that made Acura's, light was still on. We took the car back to Acura, in which they advised they were wrong, that in fact it was a radio wire, because we did not have the factory radio in the car. Keep in mind that we have had the car for 5 years with no problem. After asking multiple times if it is the radio then why was it not diagnosed the first time, all we were able to receive was 'Well we are Sorry"" We then took the car to have a second opinion on the car, in which we were advised that it wasn't the oxygen sensor, it wasn't the radio, and it was the computer. When going back to PYE Acura they advised that if it was the computer the car would not work, which is completely untrue. We then were trying to re-coup our money back because they misdiagnosed the car After speaking with the general manager who advised that, ""THEY ARE ONLY THERE TO MAKE MONEY"", we were pretty much sent on our way. The general manager would not do anything for us because they felt that they performed everything satisfactory, but yet we were not satisfied. When trying to file a complaint, don?t bother because the woman that handles the complaints at the dealership wont help either, in fact you will not have any of your calls returned. If you try to speak with the service manager, don?t bother. He will hang up on you because he doesn't feel like arguing Truth be told, I think they know they messed up and don?t want to give a reimbursement I have been trying now for two months to speak with the owner, in which so far that has been unsuccessful. I seem to be the only one on this page that has anything good to say about PYR Acura but I bought a 2006 Acura TL and it was wonderful. The Dealer told nothing but the truth and even went to the extet to tell me anything bad about the vehicle. After reading this websites reveiws i was worried and had the vehicle checked by one of my friends who is a mechanic and he suprised me with extra features that i never knew about. I love My Acura and I will DEFINATELY do more buisness with PYE Acura. I'm a satisfied customer for life. Pros: Acura is the way to go. Great Handling and performance Cons: Could have better gas mileage but still not bad more

Mtn. View Nissan's salesmen will add any extra costs to you to add to their commission. They are in their best interest. They will not negotiate with you to get the best price, so don't waste your time. Their customer service reps are extremely rude.
