PUSH America is the national philanthropy of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. It's mission to help serve people with disabilities, through such things as fundraising and awareness.
All the money raised goes directly to help people with disabilities. For example, Pi Kappa Phi puts does PUSH camps where members come together during a school break and make a facility, such as a playground, accessible to children or adults with disabilities.
The philanthropy does many other events including a bike ride from San Francisco to Washington D.C to help raise money and awareness. Each night, the riders, who volunteer to ride over the summer, stop at a camp and meet people with disabilities and help spread the word. Each rider is required to raise $5,000 to participate and again, all the money goes to this worthy cause.
Pi Kappa Phi is the only fraternity with its own national philanthropy and the fraternity takes it very seriously. This is a great cause and donations or help are always greatly appreciated.
