Both the physicians have over 30 years of experience and attend annual American Academy of Pediatrics. They are very up to date on outbreaks, like swine flu going on now. If you reference the Puri Pediatrics web page there is CDC supported information posted there. They do provide walk in hours 830-930 AM, but sick walk ins and emergency may come in all day. Weekends Urgent Care is with the clinic Affiliate Hospital: Washington Hospital. more

i have gone to the same practice has been wonderful, the staff is very caring and professional. 4 weeks ago while i was in the office there was a a sick girl who needed to go to ER, but her mother was going to walk to the hospital to go to ER, i heard veena puri doctor tell her staff to take the patient in the doctor's car and also she called the doctor at the ER and made arrangements.on the same day someone was checking in and was telling the front office that her husband had just been laid off and i heard the front office staff being very compassionate and told the patient don't worry we will do the best we can, let me talk to the doctor, i thought the doctosr and the staff in that office displayed a lot of goodness of their hearts.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

My wife had several issues in getting started with breastfeeding. Dr.Veena conducts several breastfeeding sessions with new moms and it es extremely helpful. My wife has learned a lot from these sessions and she is very confident now. more

Dr veena puri is such a wonderful pediatrician. she is patient and so caring and very personable and very very experienced. she is so good with new parents esp helping with breast feeding. brings instant comfort to all parents. we and all friends who go there love her. she is the only doctor who calls back for sick patients. more

I know that when I need to see her when my kids are sick, they do what they can to fit me in. I've been going to this practice for over 30 years both as a patient and now my children. I've seen the practice change and grow over the course of those years and can say without a doubt that Dr. Veena and Dr. Hari care about their patients. Although this is a medical office, it's also a business that needs to sustain itself and staff. People don't realize that Pediatric Doctors probably make the least amount of money compared to other doctors in different fields. more

Our son is the most important priority in our lives. It gives us such a great sense of peace knowing he is being taken care of by Puri Pediatric. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Veena and Hari Puri along with Dr.Remo Cerruti have treated our son like he was part of their family. I would highly recommend them. more

Thanks very much Drs Hari and Veena Puri and the staff for taking care of our twin boys for the last 13 yrs. Their whole team is very professional, caring, and efficient. We have never waited in their clinic for more than 10-15 minutes and that time also is well spent, with a fish tank for kids and TV with useful medical information, bulletin boards in waiting rooms with medical updates on vaccines, recalls of medicines, strollers etc. I love their free email and phone service to communicate in non-working hrs with responses received on same day. Also, their website has updated medical information for patients. I use their secure “Relay Health” service on website a lot for communication from out of state and love their reminders on issues like lab tests etc. I have also received free pharmacy help over email. Their clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and their advice is unmatched with anyone else I tried. Also during our relocation, we were able to get a discount from Puri peds and affordable generic medicines without insurance. They do not have any lunch hrs and whole staff is very caring like accommodating appointments at a short notice, calling cabs for patients, giving water in the waiting room. We do appreciate your dedication and passion. more

My daughter always seems to get sick around 4pm or later , so many times on a friday.i have always been made so welcome by the caring staff esp roberta and bethanie who will ask me to come right in, i have been treated so warmly and never had to wait more than 10 minutes.all the staff it seems like is all trained towards excellent customer service. they will call in my medine. i use their email to talk to the doctor , i get propmt reply within a few hours via email. they inform me of all my lab tests via email. last ime wheni went my dughter had high temperature, i got a cll by the doctor next day to see how she was doing. i said to myself how luckyi am to have picked such a good doctor with great staff. one time i was rushed and i forgot my wallet, the staff talked to the doctor and said don't worry we will see you right away. i have moved far away and still travel 1 hour to come to puri pediatrics because they are worth it. Dr veena puri is so good , always ready to answer any and every questions i have. one time i had a long list of 15 questions, after that i can't believe she said is there any other question i can answer for you, because i don't want you to go home and worry,WOW!!!,i highly recommend her to all my friends and family, even strangers in the bart , i told them about her. thank you Dr. puri for all your excellent care. you are a true physician one can be proud of. keep up the good work , everyone at puri pediatrics. more

We moved to fremont from chicago and have had a wonderful experience visitng Puri Pediatrics. We have 3 lovely children and 4th on the way and were very apprehensive moving to a new area. We looked up different pediatric offices from our insurance website and found puri peds to be very receptive and accomadative to our needs. Since we moved to fremont we have ended up visiting the office several times and each experience has been very good. we found the doctors to be very professional, excellent mannerism and very patient. All staff to be very caring and sensitive to our needs . We hope to get great care with our 4th child coming in april 2010. .They took us in immediately for an emergency at 4.30pm on a Friday and provided excellent care.Keep up the good work.
