Buyer beware! Right before we were to begin jumping, a group of special needs teenagers came in (at least 4, more likely six) with only two supervisors that paid little attention to the kids. Lets be clear. If this were a group of younger special needs kids, there would not be a problem. These were teenagers throwing themselves around. My 2 year old and 3 year old were nearly crushed by a 160 pound kid. This is outright dangerous... We had to leave.
When I asked the lady at the front desk if there is a parent to kid ratio, like the group of kids with only two "adults", she responded " well that was a group of special needs kids"... EXACTLY! That's my point. Apparently they come in all the time. Why on earth would you let big kids who are unable to fully understand the meaning of "watch out for the little kids" jump at the same time with kids who are 20-30 pounds. I don't blame the special needs kids, those kids don't know any better. I blame the adults and primarily the company for allowing them to jump grossly under-supervised at the same time as small kids.
I will never go back. There are other options that have dedicated time just for preschoolers.
