This is my second time going to the office to bring some document and leave them at front desk the first time had to leave because they only had one window open one out of six .Two hour on line just to leave some papers I dont know if they have so many people working there We like to know what they doing at their working hours . They send letter home one week before due day in a week we have to collect all the information they ask if not your case will be close. Im only getting medical assistance and have to go to this trouble averytime they send me the revision if you call the office you have to go throu a answering machine to get to front desk to connect you to your worker for what they not picking the phone have to leave a message and they wont call you back just because we in public assistance and they got a job .lot of people really need plublic assistance and the worker are there to help so why is there is none to assist you what are they doing while we watting just to drop off some paper why we have to stay in line for about two hours just to drop off and get a paper why they dont do like in the SSI office they have a drop off box to collect all the envelope we need more people to complaint about this office they not doing their job and they getting a good pay. give complaint and you will be noticed\r
