We don't get to eat here unless we know we're going to be in South County ... then we make a point of going here (either to eat in or get carry-out). I can honestly say we've never had a bad meal here, and the portions are so big there's always enough left for lunch the next day.
The only negative I can think of is the parking/traffic situation -- this isn't the easiest place to get to, or to park in. But worth it for the food.
Pros: generous servings, good value, good for families
Cons: lacks parking, congested area
