Their store front looks good but when you have to deal with them for incomplete work they are very arrogant and will not correct their mistakes or shoddy workmanship. They tend to be on the insulting end to deal with. They have a habit of dragging out your repairs so your insurance company closes your case and they will not go back to the Insurance company to get your supplements paid. Nor do they tell you up front they won't fix something until you go to pick up your vehicle and it's incomplete and the reason they give is we don't do that it's a liability. Well they should tell you upfront so you can go to a quality shop that will fix everything. It's cost me over $2,000.00 out of my pocket so far and I am still not paying others to correct their repairs. more

I recently was referred by my insurance co. To Pruni & they did a marvelous job on my brand new Honda. They treated me so well & it was truly a wonderful experience. They also rode me home & picked me up when my car was finished. more

Did not finish work, would not finish or fix what wasn't. They avoid you and make excuses when you try to get them to complete your job and won't go to your insurance company after you pick up your vehicle and find more damage or faulty repairs. They argue with you and try to intimidate you. I would not recommend. I learned the hard way and it cost me thousands of my own money to get fixed what they didn't. more

I have a rare vehicle and this shop took the time to perform very specific repairs to restore it to perfection. Their turnaround time was impressive, and they were always willing to answer questions. And while this may not matter to some, the shop itself is extraordinarily clean and orderly. I found this to be a nice touch and one I have not often encountered in other repair establishments. When the vehicle was ready - it too was spotless! If you like peace of mind, good communication and quality results, then this is the place for you. Thank you Pruni Auto Body for having such high standards!! As for the individual who posted a caution about people "drinking" at the "establishment across the street" - first I will say that MANY people have a glass of wine or a beer with their lunch...and the establishment across the street is a restaurant that happens to have a bar. To try and slam ethical and hard-working people from an apparent sense of "moral upperground" immature, entirely unkind, and would serve no purpose other than to create confusion for someone who may then use another repair shop - which they may later regret - when they could have, and probably WOULD have used Pruni, except for this silly commentary regarding the possibility that grown men chose to have a beer with their lunch. more
