I have found that within this company, most agent sit at office, perhaps awaiting for the telephone to sell the listed house.
I also noticed that agents are very much separate from each other.
There appears to be no team work as to sell houses.
But worst of all they are very good in under priceing the clients property.
This perhaps is how some of them can make a quick buck. Semilar to Coldwell banker (bob long)
Not all are the same, to my findings there are at least 2 that are hard and contious agents.
That offer ones property to neighbors and on there social gatherings, and to agents of other agencies. Perhaps earning less commisiion but also earning future clients, and or reselling to same client, and or there relatives.
