We rented a townhome at Governor's Crossing for 14 months. It was a clean, safe, quiet place to live. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well as the location. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. Anytime we needed a repair, it got fixed quickly and with nice people. When we moved out, there was a discrepancy in our move out inspection. While we knew the problem had been there upon our moving in and the we did nothing to cause it or add to it. They looked into the history if the townhome and found nothing about it. Despite the descrepancy, they took our word and decided to split the cost to fix it. They didn't have to but they allowed us the benefit of the doubt. Dana at the office on Ringgold is the one who helped us. I highly recommend renting from them. more

I live in the Terraces of Hearthstone, my neighbors and I have been subjected to having a massive blue shipping container and trash placed around it situated within close proximity to our homes. There have been several requests to have it removed from our neighborhood since it took up residence more than two years ago, to no avail. It is a horrible eyesore and the homeowners of our neighborhood are collectively appalled. The owner of the property in which it resides belongs to Bobby Powers, who with a defiant arrogance claims that the property belongs to him along with the container and refuses to move it!! He happens to also be the developer/owner of the Terraces of Hearthstone. He takes no pride in our community, quite the contrary, he is single handedly devaluing it...while thumbing his nose at us homeowners. We live in a community which has a strict HOA, governed by Ghertner and Associates, who have also been vocal in the removal of the container, to no avail. I have taken this situation up with our local government as well, but it seems we have no voice in this situation, Bobby Powers is adamant against having it removed. Pros: null Cons: null more

Had a friend who's husband is deployed and drove 5 hours to see one of there homes listed, didn't really have enough money to do so but took the chance anyways. She saw the house and was absolutely in love, put a deposit down on it and application. They told her if everything checked out she would be the first one to have dibs on it. She was then on her way back to her home and they called and told her that they had rented it out to another family whom they had showed the house to almost a whole day after her., even though she had been more than qualified for the home. Needless to say they are liars and completely un-trustworthy, I would never EVER rent from them!! more

We were very demanding and saw 40 homes before we took Russell's advice on which could fit us best and which one would have the best resale in the future. I can't say enough about how helpful he was. He kept in contact with us all the way and still does. Closed on our house about a week ago and we were so pleased that I had to tell everyone.
