We were referred to Prudential Michael Smith Realtors through the Costco program. We were "trading up" to a larger home so we bought and sold using this same office. We worked with Sandi Briggs who was wonderful and sold our house at our asking price within one week of listing. We also worked with her on finding a new home which we were able to do. She was able to time everything so that we moved straight from one house to the other. Sandi was great at explaining the whole process and was really an advocate for us. If we needed to sell again we wouldn’t hesitate to list with her again. more

Very nice staff, great experience 7/31/2005

We bought our first house using them. (they were recommended to us by a friend). Our real estate agent was Judy Amland-she is great. Even after the closing date we still keep in touch with her- she helped us find different contractors (plumber, carpet cleaning company). Great experience overall. We highly recommend her. (as she is the only agent from this Prudential office with whom we had a personal experience). more
