I ordered a Priscilla Patrick VHS tape recently. When I received the tape, it was defective. I e-mailed the address listed on the Yoga One website and received a response telling me the tape went out in 'perfect' condition and if it arrived damaged, it was 'certainly not their fault'. The person e-mailing me then went on to tell me her/his personal troubles with the post office. I was also told to take the tape to a ""Best Buy"" to see if it would work. (????) I contacted their office several times after receiving the e-mail and was always sent to voice mail. To be fair, since I started this review, I was finally contacted by someone at the distribution center. She will get back to me tomorrow. I will wait to see the outcome, but the frustration this has caused is ridiculous.
