Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1/23/2007

The complex is crumbling around you. The apartments are filled with mold and bacteria. The "on-site" management is a joke. Maintainence is non-existent...junk cars, garbage, kids running around unsupervised. God forbid you raise a stink about a problem in your apartment...the corporate office in Plano "reviews your lease" and they stick you for all the additional money they can. Pros: None Cons: Everything more

Princeton Club was an extremely nice place when I first moved in. Well maintained grounds, friendly/prompt service. Most of the tenants appeared to be single professionals and elderly people; it was very quite. About a year after I moved in, a new management company took over the property and everything changed. No credit/criminal/employment checks on new tenants, the new management/maintanence staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, the grounds were allowed to deteriorate, no yearly pool maintanance, no more security patrols at night, the front security gate became broken and remained so indefineatly. These are older apartments/townhomes and generally required a lot of maintanance. It got to the point where I was making repairs myself. As for the tenant population, it became routine to see people sneeking out in the middle of the night, jumping their leases. Living there became akin to living at a Motel 6. There are much better places in the area for the same amount of money. Think twice before considering Princeton Club Apartments. more

Worst service ever 8/21/2006

I've lived in the Princeton club for almost two years, and its living like hell, they have the worse manager and other staff ever. They always try to fool people with their promess that never been made. And their appartment are from the 60's too old to live in, and too dirty carpett. Befor you move in they'll promise you that they'll change it after couple of month they gonna ask you to renew the contract in order to change, after you renew the contract is gonna be the same game. I dont recomment to anybody this hell of a place. more

Dont live at Princeton Club 4/18/2006

Princeton Club is a horrible place to live. O was approved to get tile last year and it still isnt installed yet. It takes forever to get any maintenance done and the management and entire staff is rude. They never do what they say they will do. I cant wait until my lease is up so I can move. If you even think about living here, you are making a HUGE mistake! Pros: trash pick up Cons: maintenance, staff, timeliness of reparis more
