POOR MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE 7/23/2012

THIS DAYCARE has very poor Customer service and only cares about getting your money & not about the customer. This schools summer camp policy is a complete ripoff. They tried to charge us $350.00 for two weeks of summer camp that my child did not attend because we were traveling.I explained the reason we were not able to bring our child & these money hungry animals did not care, they said I signed him up and had to pay even though he didn't come for those weeks. They would not even wave the fees or anything.Other summer camps in the area told me clearly if you didn't bring your child for a week they would not charge. They have terrible customer service & the teachers really could all use some childcare requirement courses and classes. These teachers did not seem to have any interest in kids period. They were only working for a pay check. The owner was the worst and thats why her center seemed to be empty with a lot of spaces available bc she trains everyone there so poorly. The school could use a serious make over it had lots of old furniture & computers & really old toys.I have seen much better centers in the atlanta area for people than PRIMROSE SCHOOL OF DUNWOODY. more
