My review is long overdue! As a first time parent, one thing that constantly crossed my mind during my pregnancy was leaving my child with a stranger to go back to work. When I found out that I was pregnant, I first considered options of hiring a full time nanny but quickly ruled that out because of previous experiences my friends had. Living in the large city of Plano, I knew I had easy access to the well known and accredited preschools like Kids R Kids, Crème De La Crème, and Primrose. \r \r After taking a tour at numerous different schools, I chose Primrose School of Chase Oaks. When I walked in, I instantly felt the love from the management team, they truly treat you like you're part of their family. Like every other parent, my son's safety and well being was most important to me when I was looking for childcare. When I learned that the teachers in the infant room were working at Chase Oaks for 1, 5, 8, and 11 years I instantly knew that they were doing something right. While taking a tour at other schools, I didn't see the teacher longevity that I saw at Primrose School of Chase Oaks. This definitely set them apart from any other school I was considering. \r \r Now that my son is in the Young Toddler room, I am so impressed with his social interaction with other kids and the sign language he does at home! more

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience at Primrose Chase Oaks. My son started at 6 weeks old in the Infant Room with Ms. Lani and is now in Early Preschool with Ms. Brenda, who he just loves and we are looking forward to the new school year when he graduates to Ms. Jamie's class. After three years, I have gotten to know the Director and Asst. Director as well as all the teachers on a personal level. This staff is caring, hands on and a great group of ladies. Ms. Tammy has a great sense of humor and you can see the effort she puts forth to meet the demands of parents and teachers. Every teacher whether my child's teacher or a teacher from another room, knows every child in the school and their families. It's nice to walk into a school feeling as if I was walking into a family member's home. Loud, lack of structure, is what this school is not and as far as education, my son is getting the best. Thank you Chase Oaks for all you do. more

YOUR CHILD WILL NOT LEARN A THING at this school! They will be taken care of, but the kids run around like animals and have no discipline. The director is a loud mouth who tells the parents what they want to hear but tells the teacher to do something completely different. Very little training provided, and teachers are forced to switch classes constantly. No consistency at all, which explains the unruly behaviors. No shade on the playgrounds, which is dangerous in a Texas summer. Old woodchips line the play areas, loose wires hang from the exterior walls. Choose a better option than this school! more

Like all parents, my child is my life and finding the right school I can trust with my child is a very hard and stressful process. That is until I found Primrose School of Chase Oaks. I toured other Primrose schools and child care facilities and not once did I feel as welcomed as I did at Chase Oaks. The ladies in the office went above and beyond to not only welcome me but they made me feel that my search for child care was over. They had a more personal approach about them that I did not feel from the other schools. It was as if they knew me for years. Each took the time to not only tour me in just the room my child would be in but introduced me to every staff member. They doted on their teachers and how important they are to their success. They then went on to help, me because I was new to the area, by referring places to eat, shop, and take my child. I was hooked within minutes and knew my search was over. My child is learning, happy and safe and I couldnt be more grateful! more

I have had my son at Primrose Chase Oaks and I can not say enough about the wonderful staff and new owner. I love this school and how every teacher knows every child in all of the classrooms. The staff and office is welcoming, pleasant and they truly care about the families of their school. I wouldn't trust any other school with the my child but Primrose School of Chase Oaks. Thank you for being a part of my son's education. more

wonderful!!!!! 9/26/2009

I brought my daughter to Primrose School of Chase Oaks in December of 2006 when she was 6 weeks old. The staff welcomed both her and my husband and I with open arms and treated us like we were family. She was in the school until June of this year (2009) when we were forced to move due to my husbands job. The staff in all the rooms were amazing, and the front office staff are also wonderful. The owner of the school is in the school everyday working with the assistant director to make sure the school is running smoothly. Both of them were wonderful and were always available for questions. This school is wonderful, and as a first time mom I was thrilled to have been able to take my daughter to Primrose School of Chase Oaks for 2 1/2 years!! Pros: caring people! wonderful school! more

Good daycare, but I have some issues with the infant rooms 7/27/2006

My daughter was enrolled in the school for a few months and for the most part I was satisfied but had a few issues. First, I didn't like that she was generally not fed while being held, most of the babies are put in bouncy chairs and fed. Second, she spent the majority of her day in her bouncy chair. It didn't matter what time I walked in, she was usually in that chair. Third, I found another child's pacifier in her mouth one day and the care taker argued saying it was my daughters. I think I would know what I purchased, funny how that works? Fourth, when I was called to pick her up due to illness she was left in her bouncy chair screaming and no one was even attempting to console her. This one really broke my heart. If you can overlook these issues, the place is clean, and the care takers are generally good with the babies. more
