there are two recalls on our leased vehicle and we were told that it would take an hour to fix both. We waited for over two hours with no updates or explanations as to why it was taking so long. We finally had to demand that we get our truck back. Honestly, we can't be sure that the repairs were made or that they had even started them because they were ready to get us out the door. The staff was rude and unapologetic about the whole issue. more

The worst car buying experience we have ever had! 6/11/2014

Our experience has been Terrible. The sale went fine but since then repeated errors. It took 5 weeks to get our registration as the dealership "holds" them until they feel they have enough to make a trip to the DMV. We tried to take care of it ourselves at the DMV but Premier had not released the title to our trade so it was wasted time. In the meantime our sticker expired. We took it to the manager but he often does not return calls "believing another staff member; had taken care of it." We have spent more time than it should have taken to resolve a matter that really should not be an issue. We will not be going back or recommending this business! more

went to get my truck fixed for a common issue the trucks had been having, even had a bulletin out for the problem, over a year ago....and i'm still mad!!! service manager was a nice person but totally screwed me over on receiving financial help on a "bulletin issue" with my truck. told HQ my issue wasnt the one the bulletin referenced so i got no help. this is because i took my truck in for the EXACT 'bulletin issue' and the mechanic put it back together wrong and i had to take back, so BAM service manager says not the bulletin issue. total BS. after the mechanic tried to blame me twice for the problem and all kind of crackhead excuses, the problem still occured so he finally took it back apart after me almost losing my cool and low and behold he realized he missed putting a certain spring back on the truck making it almost impoosible to turn! this repair should have been $600, they charged me over $1000, (and this was before i brought it back because i realized they didn't fix the truck) the service manager would not work with HQ after that, even after he admitted to me it was the bulletin issue, purposely not taking their calls. i will never do business with this company again, and it's too bad they screwed me so bad because they missed out on quite a few sells of new trucks last summer....steered 3 of my friends away from this place and they all bought trucks at my current gm dealer/service center...they are too lazy to do a little bit of paperwork and the mechanic i had was an idiot! Not a place that i will ever go back to just because of their lack of caring and trying to blame me for their mistake!!!!! more

Good: I loved the service! I got into a car wreck and I did not have any way to get to the dealership. The staff at premier came to pick me up. I was picky about the type of vehicle I was looking for and they took their time with me. I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision at any time.. Bad: There was not anything I did not like.. Improvements: I do not have any improvements to add.. Other: Premier takes care of you, like you are one of their own. They greet you in an instant when you come to the dealership and have your best interest at heart. Thomas (the finance manager) was able to make my monthly payments affordable.. more

My salesman was Steve Whitlock, and he took the time to explain the buying and trade-in process to me. I'd highly recommend him, as he was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a good selection of used cars and are located downtown. They are open on Sundays for viewing the cars, and have a large indoor showroom, which helps during the winters. more

Wonderful sales people! 8/19/2005

This dealership has a decent selection of cars. It is downtown and so the lot is not huge, but has recently expanded. It is right off of Beechurst, so getting into and out of the lot can be a pain during rush hour. The prices are decent and they always have great priced used cars. The sales people are wonderful and always send a thank you to you in the mail. more

Friendly associates 8/17/2005

This dealership is located in the heart of downtown, which can mean that getting in and out are hard to do. They have a mapped out test drive area through town so that is sort of bad. We didn't ask to go off of it, and I'm sure they'd allow you if you asked. The selection isn't huge because they have limited space, but the sales people are quite friendly. more
