I love Precision One 5/13/2012

I have been a Precision One client for many years. Each visit I feel treated like a queen; Relaxing environment in both the salon and the spa include massage chairs, premium hot tea and great mood music. My stylist is a true professional; very talented and creative. The spa experience is sooooo relaxing. My husband gets me Spa Day gift certificates for my birthday and for Christmas. It makes for a wonderful, relaxing day. I highly recommend the entire experience. more

Not worth the money for what you get... 4/20/2011

This salon was recommended to me by a girl in my mommies group that raved about the service and quality. Upon walking in the door there were two women sitting at the receptionists desk, one who was pleasant and a woman who I assumed must be the owner. She not only gave me a dirty look but was being rude to the shampoo tech who also had a bad attitude. This aside, I was hoping that the haircut would make up for the bad taste that I already had in my mouth. The ""master"" stylist that I saw (who spent more time involved in her co-workers conversation than with me or my hair) spent MAYBE 5 minutes cutting my hair and was rough during the blowout. My hair looked choppy and wasn't cut evenly. NOT worth the $55 I paid. And WON'T go back. The only decent part of the experience was that their shampoo chairs massage. I don't mind spending the money but next time I am going to find an actual ""upscale"" salon and not a wolf in sheeps clothing. Unprofessional salon. Period. more

Love this place! 12/21/2010

Every time I go to this salon (once a month) I feel as though I have been on vacation. It is relaxing, comfortable and, best of all, FUN! My hair looks and feels great. The pedicure is always a treat. This year I am going to take advantage of the spa treatments. Each person working here makes me welcome and my stylist (Hung) is beyond compare. Love the massaging shampoo chairs. more

Good Atmosphere, insane prices 2/21/2010

I made an appointment for a blowout with some loose curls for an event I was attending. I showed up and showed my stylist what I wanted. She said not to shampoo because it would make the curls fall (which is really what I wanted, just loose curls for some added body) and I told her for it to fall around my face how I wanted it to it would probably have to be blow dried. She said she could get it how I wanted it without that. So I skeptically said okay. When all was said and done, I spent maybe 20 minutes in her chair and all she did was curl my hair. Instead of the loose I had tight and was told it would fall over the course of the night (it actually never did) so I ended up looking like a ""cheerleader"" as one other stylist described me...lol..Don't get me wrong it was okay, just not what I had hoped for. And she was really nice, I gave her a good review, but that was before I was given the bill! But the biggest shocker came when I went to check out. I was charged $50 for just a curl!!! The most expensive cut with a master stylist there is advertised at $55. I got no shampoo, no blow dry, no up do, nothing, just a curl. I almost fell over when I was told the total. I thought maybe i just read the prices wrong online (went back and checked, I didn't), or maybe I was just out of the loop, but everyone I spoke to about it said that was a ridiculous price for just curling my hair. Lesson learned, make sure you get a price up front. If she had told me she was charging me that much, I would have politely declined and done it myself! Pros: Atmosphere Cons: Price more
