I just used the Precious Memories Florist in Brandon Florida to send Mother's Day flowers. Mary, Lori and Raymond were most personal and helpful in answering all my questions and followed up with confirmation of the bouquet and vase delivery on time. I hope to be using them again soon. more

Do NOT order from here! 11/12/2011

HORRIBLE!!! A $9 Publix bouquet, shoved in a $1 vase, sold for $60. 1) They over-charged my card. We agreed on a bouquet price, and no additional fees were discussed, so why was my card charged an additional $13? I assume this is the delivery fee, but they should say so when you place the order. 2) They delivered the flowers one-day late. What good is a ""happy birthday"" bouquet after the birthday? 3) The flowers were HIDEOUS! The bouquet was a collection of random and mismatched flowers, with no sign of floral arrangement skill, whatsoever. There was 1 huge white lily, 3 small peach roses, 2 blue bell stems, a hot pink daisy, rust-colored alstroemeria (aka Peruvian lilies) and greenish-yellow mums. Seriously, do these things go together??? I haven't attended flower-school, but anyone with a kindergarten understanding of color would know that this does not coordinate. 4) When I called to complain, the florist (Mary) hung up on me. Yes, she hung up on me. (Actually, she slammed down the phone!) Mary asked why I was calling a week and a half after delivery. Well...that's how long it took for a ""thank you"" card with a photo of the flowers and my cc statement to arrive in the mail. So, how is when I am calling an issue? If I called to complain a week ago, would her flowers have been A) pretty, B) delivered on-time or C) the correct price? Nope. So, my issues are just as valid as they were a week ago. more

This flower shop is truly one of a kind! As soon as I stepped in, I felt comfortable and relaxed. The people there are friendly and enjoyable to talk with. One can even sit on one of their comfortable sofa's and talk. Never been to a flower shop like this one! Loved it! more
