A friend invited me to come to Prana Yoga one Sunday and I have been going now regularly (now Saturday and Sunday) for almost 2 years. The practice is incredibly healthy and gives me a much better understanding of my body and what it needs to stay healthy. The teachers are wonderful, very well trained and very attentive to the subtle aspects of what my body is doing when I don't see it. I love the practice and the place I practice in.
