Accept catalog returns 11/4/2006

I was very pleased that they would accept my return of a lampshade that I bought through the catalog. I have an old lamp from the PB store, so I called the catalog to see whether they still make a shade that fits it. The rep said they did, but when it arrived it was wildly out of proportion from the lamp and the hardware was totally wrong. The store not only took my lampshade back, I even got the shipping charges back. I'll stick to shopping at the store. more

Love the frames! 3/25/2006

Almost all of the frames displayed in our home are from Pottery Barn. Although as a photographer I know how to cut mats and do framing myself, I prefer to buy my frames from Pottery Barn as the quality is so high. The mat colors and textures are varied, and I love their selection. Prices are mid-range, but I feel framing is a worthwhile investment, as they house some of our most precious memories! more

"As Is" items at the Barn are a steal! 6/10/2005

Every once in a while Pottery Barn will sell off their floor models including the slip covers on their couches! You need to be in the store at the right time in order to find the "As Is" tag but when you do see one - don't pass it up - It's a great deal! It would be worth your time to drop in and check for sales on the slip covers if the size and style of your couch is similar or the same as those at Pottery Barn. more
