Shopped there years ago with a friend several times and the customer service was by far the worst I have ever seen in my life. I have been in very high class stores, Bloomingdale's, Nordstroms etc. Never did I get the treatment that POSH provides. POSH ladies, you're not in Beverly Hills, you're in Easton, Ma. So get over yourselves! Once I was phoned because they wanted to be sure I ""paid"" for an item. YES, they ""called"" me! I was beside myself and embarrassed of there actions. I said, ""Excuse me? I have the receipt, I bought a lot of items and YOU rung them up!"" I was so angry I phoned in the owner the very next day. Let's just say, I am sure the owner and this woman are best friends, because after all this woman's bad customer service among others working there, they are still employed there. In a desperate attempt to buy Pandora gifts locally, I figured I would give them another whirl. I had hoped that today it's customer service had gone from Pathetic..to Posh! Not so much!! With the snobby ""pulling down the eyeglasses"" on your nose"" to stare you down as you shop, attitude, I am totally taken aback by their customer service and unfriendly attitudes. I may not drive a Mercedes, but I sure do shop with money!So ladies, if you're looking for gift bags from ""Costco"", overpriced"" boutique items and jewels, shop POSH! I have shopped POSH several times in the past couple months..besides years back. NEVER AGAIN!! I was thinking, ""these POSH ladies need a B**** slap into reality! Wow, would I love to give them one for my treatment! I have taken my..POSH..money elsewhere to a local family owned Jewelry store called Rom's. They sell Pandora and their customer service is actually..POSH!!
