I would not advise on renting here. I will say that if you are desperate and need a bigger apartment for less than normal rent then you can go here but they are not the place to be. When I first moved here we were put in the back, before we moved in or even signed the lease they told us that we could not request a new apartment in the front or atleast not with the front door facing the wooded area in the back. second a string of break in started, next ouru air stopped working in the dead of summer and we had to request they come out three times before they actually did and then they kept saying nothing was wrong and that we just needed to let it run a little more (mind you we had it running at full blast all day and it still wasnt working). We continued with the work orders for the AC and after the fourth visit they fixed the problem after two months of high electric bills. We had mold in our vents and asked them to fix that (but not while we were not home as I wanted to supervise) but they came while i was not there and all I smelled was paint upon entering my home and the vents just seemed to be painted over. We walked out of our front door with our 4 month old baby to a whole front porch of Wasps and a broken beam from the upstails apatment hanging, that took a week to fix. There was a bunch of trash under our stairs which included a bleach bottle that had been there for a couple weeks when we put in a work order for mold in the shower, the maintenence came and gave us that same bleach bottle and said clean it with this...... how in the world do you know this is actually bleach..... so unsanitary and dangerous, not to mention unprofessional. The straw that broke the camals back was the snake we found in the window of our apartment, and they would not do a thing about it. I forgot to mention the rails on the stairs were overly rusted and I continued to ask them to paint over them or coat them but they never did. It was a safety thing for me because I would need to hold those rails when goinging down the stairs
