If you live in this area, you know what's up. I used to live in the Fillmore Apartments and occasionally would wander around outside at night. I'd only eaten there a few times before I discovered the wonder that is Japantown, just a few more blocks up the street. The food's not terrible here but there are so many other, better places to eat. Their biscuits are good, though.
