They give a personal care and always advice and provide good quality stuff you need for festival. The prices are very reasonable and quality of pooja items are excellent. I had positive experience at POOJA INTERNATIONAL. The lady accepted my return items within 30-day policy. I did not use the iitems I had bought. I had my reciepts. She was very nice and promptly returned my items. more

In the indian culture while praying everything is supposed to be ""clean"". NO contamination by meat, dirt, bad vibes, anything for that matter.I believe That pooka international provides this for the people of hindu religion/culture. Not to mention those extra little things that you can purchase thier .fun things, bangles..statues..candles..diya's ..I happen to know the owner and she is an extremely honest person who befriends her clients, they keep coming back.Sunita makes a living off this store and I happen to think that is very hard to do. The big competitors however don't phase her, people stilll come to her because they'd rather buy pooja products that are ""pure"" rather than buy something that is stored in the same room as meat opr jsut thrown in the warehouse.sure It might be a little pricy for certain things but why complain about a few dollars if your buying something for GOD??If you have not yet been here you should definietly visit.it isn't just the hindu religion this lady knows about..she knows about all religions she has been in this bussiness for years and would be able to tell you about anything that has to do with religion.go ahead and visit and let us know what you think. 15107937930 Pros: she already has lists from most priests for each occassion, each pundit. Hi, I bought 2 lamps from Pooja international. One worked for a month. The 2nd one burnt out in just 4 days. When I went to return it, the lady there was very rude. She refused to even consider my case. She tried to insinuate I was lying. She had to take back her words when I showed her the bill. But she didn't replace the bad product. Totally bad customer service & bad quality products. I would not recommend this store to anyone; Cons: Bad customer service, bad quality products more
