My girlfriend and I bought a new Polaris XP 550 LE from Pocono Motorsports yesterday. And in my opinion they went above and beyond to help us be satisfied with the whole experience. They have a great selection and an educated staff. I also like that its a family business and look forward to dealing with them for years to come. more

\r If you're looking for a dealership that would treat you as a number and the bottom line is just money and this is the Dealership you should go to if you like to be treated like you were just a piece of trash off the street and this is the Dealership you should go to the sales person/owner who only cares about one thing Bottom Line money not about the customers needs and not about how the customer should receive his merchandise after buying and spending a lot of money in his establishment When I received my bike it was dirty nobody explain to me anything about the bike When I was told that there would be somebody at my bike to explain everything to me When I went to the bike there was nobody there just The keys in the ignition and a dirty bike I am so glad that I will never go back there If I do have a warranty problem you can guarantee I will never go to Pocono Motorsport's You have seen the last dollars off of me more

Not sure what all the negative comments are about...when I purchased my piece I was warmly greeted and met with great customer service! They took their time and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely go back for my future purchases! THANK YOU!!!! more

They made a mistake while fixing my two 4 wheelers, and when I returned them to be fixed correctly they charged me again! (Without my authorization) They will not return my quads until I pay the fee, and no one is willing to help me. I keep calling, only to be told that the manager is either not there or on the phone and will call back. (Which they never do) They are crooks and do not care about their customers. I have been going there for years, and the new staff and owner are terrible. Stay away! more

The store was recommended by a friend but when I went I was disappointed with selections and prices. Was not a good experience, salesman was on the rude side. You could tell he was only interested in the bottom line-profit. more

If you are looking for a bike, this is the last place you want to go. Prices at other dealers much better. prices are very high, customer service is below par. Selection is so-so. I witnessed one salesman treating another employee badly. I felt pressured to buy something I didn't want. I couldn't wait to get out of there. more

Avoid going to this place. Everything is overpriced. First impression when talking to salesman was ""dishonest"". more

I have heard from some neighbors not to go there if I'm looking for a decent priced ATV and they were right. I think the prices were very high and when trying to negotiate, they totally tried to confuse me with double talk. I don't think i'll be going back there. more
