I enjoy meeting people, hearing their stories, and working with them to improve their lives.I greatly enjoy doing psychotherapy, in addition to medication management. I offer supportive, psychodynamic, and interpersonal therapies, and incorporate methods of cognitive-behavioral therapy.I do general psychiatry for ages 13 and older, and have special interests or training in the following areas:* Mood Disorders (depression, bipolar)* Women's Issues (i.e. self-esteem and empowerment, pregnancy and postpartum)* Dealing with chronic illness* Adolescent issues (family, peers, school)* Unhealthy relationship or family dynamics* Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder* Behavioral problems
