Great product selection and really nice peolpe to deal with.\r They really give from their hearts.\r I picked out my watch from the great selection, they gave me a great price and even better after sales service. They delivered my watch right to my office.\r Wonderful experience and I am planning another purchase this week.\r I recommend to all, highly!!!! Buyer Beware - and Poor Service! 4/20/2007

Although they do offer high-end products, the customer service is nowhere near what it should be based on the money spent. \r My wife and I purchased our wedding bands here with the stipulation that we needed them by a certain date (our wedding date). Once money exchanged hands, well... that's when the truth came out...\r \r 1) Salesman ordered the wrong ring.\r 2) Implicitly stated that the rings were in-stock and available within 7~10 days then contradicted the statement after we paid.\r 3) Because of time delays, my wife was forced to use a ""temporary"" ring for our wedding while the correct ring was being ordered.\r 4) My ring wound up having to be fed-exed to me TWO days before my wedding.\r 5) During all of this, no one was keeping us informed. WE had to call and inquire.\r 6) After the wedding, we returned to pick up the ""right"" ring and it still hadn't arrived. We wound up getting a different one as we were so sick of the situation. \r \r 3 months later, my wife's ring was damaged. As it was under warranty and Classic Design is an authorized dealer, we took it in to be repaired. Big Mistake. After 2 months, we STILL hadn't gotten the ring back. No one called us to keep us informed. We had to, again, inquire ourselves. We were also told that the manufacturer had charged them to repair the ring (not true as it was only 3 months old thus still under warranty) but that they would graciously not charge us. This was mentioned only after we'd called 3 times to inquire about the status of the repair.\r \r The prevailing attitude there is that they can't be bothered once they've got their sale. They were not honest with us from the onset. Instead of trying to work with us to solve the problem and offer suggestions to rectify the situation, they would ask us ""What do you want us to do about it?"" Downright poor customer service that Management allows to continue.\r \r All in all, I wish someone had warned us about this place. Poor customer service, skip this store 2/6/2003

My husband and I encountered *extremely* poor customer service at Classic Design. I would skip this place and take my money somewhere else. I took a watch in for repair since, they were the authorized dealership for that brand of watch. Since I had all my receipts and warranties for the watch, Classic Design told me everything will be taken care of. We waited 2 months, and Classic Design calls me to tell me the watch has *not* been fixed. That the warranty has expired. On top of that, they billed us for $40 shipping!! What a sham! We were furious that they did not tell us up front about the $40 shipping, and did not tell us the warranty was expired due to the company's new policies. Bottom line: DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS THERE!!! Cons: Poor attitude, Horrible experience more
