On April 26, 2010 I bought a 3-wheel recumbent bike to exercise my knee which had a total knee joint replacement on my doctor advice. I spent$1360.59 for the bike including about $60 for 2 accessories. A person who seemed to mange PC&F delivered it to my house in Dallas. He told me that I should return the bike after about a month for servicing. He said they would charge me $25 each way to pick up my bike and another $25 to return it for a total of $50. I called two days ago to return my bike for servicing. I was told that the charge would be I would be $45 each way to pick it up and again to return it for a total of $180 with repair charges extra. I will contact a reportedly cheaper bike store in Richardson, TX.
Pros: PC&F Have lots of biking products
Cons: Very high prices to bring bikes to PC&F for repair
