My husband went to buy a truck and it got late so he took the truch home thinking we were getting our payments would be $542 for 60 months. The next day we went to sign the paper...

They won't give me back my trade. 2/14/2013

My husband went to buy a truck and it got late so he took the truch home thinking we were getting our payments would be $542 for 60 months. The next day we went to sign the paperwork and the numbers changed! Now the truck was $578 for 72 months. We didn't sign anything and asked for our trade back. We have been trying for two days to get our car back and either the keys are locked up or the liscense plates are locked up. They are SCAM artist. Stay away! more

Love the customer service 7/28/2011

I really enjoyed working with Dante. He had made follow up calls which is the first experience. Very good customer service because I never had an individual to call to check to see how things was going with my car and if there are any questions I have about it. Patient and helpful service 7/25/2011

Thomas was really wonderful to work with. He took time out to meet with me several times before we were redact to purchase and was very patient with us. We just wanted to make sure it was the car for us and I’m glad we made the decision to go with the Titanium Focus. I have no doubt that Thomas worked very hard to get us the exact car we wanted and we will definitely be back to Planet Ford for our next purchase. Thank for the wonderful experience and I love my new car. more
