Great Hair Salon in Charlotte! 4/4/2011

I moved to Charlotte from NYC about 4 years ago. I have tried at least 5 other salons looking for a good color expert and stylists. I am thrilled I found Planet 21 at the Arboretum and Caitlyn is the best color expert. She is very friendly and polite and my color always comes out Great - the shade I want. I just love it!! I'm so happy they also have Oribe products at the salon. I love his top of the line products - I used to get them in NY so I'm glad I can get them right here in Charlotte now! more

Great Experience 4/3/2011

I recently moved to the Matthews area and i've been looking for a salon to go to. A few friends at work told me about Planet 21, so I called the Arboretum location a few days ago and spoke with Megan B. she was so polite and friendly and gave me all the information I needed to make a appointment, I felt so welcomed and invited I am looking forward to my upcoming cut and color! more

Great Salon and Ashely is Wonderful! 4/1/2011

I recently moved to Charlotte and I struggled at first to find a salon I liked. Planet 21 at the Arboretum is great. Ashley has been doing my color for about a year and my hair has never looked better. The staff is always very friendly and I can always book an appointment on short notice. I highly recommend Planet 21 and definitely ask for Ashley. more

Jenna has always cut my hair and does an awesome job! She is so great at what she does and I have always been pleased with the way my hair looks! She really listens to what you want and does a great job cutting hair. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and love the salon. more

I can only say GREAT things about the salon! They were friendly, on time and very organized! Kat and her assistant were actually too fast - I didn't want to leave the salon. Kat is extremely skilled and knew what I wanted right away. It was a wonderful experience and I will be back! more

Best Haircuts Ever!! 3/30/2011

I've always gotten the best haircuts ever from Jen at Planet 21/The Fountains! It's such a pleasure to get your hair done by someone who obviously loves her job. Jen is always professional, considerate, and very skilled. Plus I get so many compliments on my hair. more

I searched for a good salon for years after moving to Charlotte, I finally found what I was looking for at Planet 21 at the arboretum! Kat is the best stylist and Ashley does awesome highlights! If you are new to town and looking for a great salon, I strongly recommend Planet 21 at the Arboretum. Katie does the best color/highlights of anyone in the city, and Eric is by far the best stylist I have ever had. Such a friendly, professional place. I have been going there for 7 years, and have not been disappointed once! more

Wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! 3/28/2011

I've been going to Planet 21 for around 9 years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else and always look forward to every visit. Char has been my stylist since my first visit and I trust her implicitly. There was even a period of time when I was living in D.C. and would always come back to Char and Planet 21 for my haircuts. more

I have been a loyal client at Planet 21 for about 10 years now. I can safely recommend anyone to this salon, and have never heard one bad thing. Planet 21 is a hit for color and cuts. Everyone there is very professional and experienced from the front desk right through to the finishing touches. I have gone to Stephanie for color for over 2 years . I never have to wait long and always walk out feeling great. more

Excellent service 3/25/2011

Cassie and Ashley are the best. They listen and give me what I want in color and style every time. The salon is managed well by pleasant and professional staff. It is very clean, well decorated and carries good products. I rarely if ever have have to wait for Cassie or Ashley. Prices are high but comparable to Salons at their level. more

LOVE my hair! 3/24/2011

Just got my hair cut and colored yesterday at The Fountains and I love it! Cali did a fabulous job with the color and J gave me a great cut. They were very professional and listened to what I wanted as well as gave suggestions. I can't wait to go back in six weeks! The coffee machine is great too! more

I've been a client for 2 years and won't trust any other place! Highly professional...great atmosphere...fair and consistent pricing. Now my 16 year old daughter is hooked too! I wouldn't go anyplace else for my highlights or cut. more
