Not Recommended 1/4/2010

Plan Be is a nice hair salon overall. Krissy is a fairly talented hairdresser but with bad attitude issues. Customer service is NOT in her dictionary. I had recommend her to my friends and coworkers in the past but will not continue to do so. In the last year or so, every time I went to get my hair done with Krissy, I encountered very rude attitude when asking her to do something a little different (e.g. adding more highlights). She would ask me to comb my own hair as it takes a while to get the tangles out of it. Also, in most cases, she wouldn't blow dry my hair saying it will take too long. Another friend of mine which had gone to her once said that the same thing happened to her - Krissy sent her home with wet hair. more

Bad experience. 3/6/2006

I asked for blonde highlights, I got orange tinting all over. When I questioned my stylist she told me it was just the lighting that made my hair look that way. I can forgive a stylist for messing up, provided they offer to fix it immediately. But when a stylist denies a botched job, well, that's really not cool. I think I had a junior stylist, the others seemed more competent. more
