My husband and I had ordered from this particular location many times and received pretty good service, we then made the mistake of ordering 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close. We waited two hours for our food!!! I called to speak with someone and it sounded like someone had picked the phone up but I heard nothing but a ""click"" shortly after. I immediately called back to only get a a busy signal for about 15 minutes before giving up. Our food finally arrived and we let the driver know that because of the long wait we no longer wanted the food. He told us to wait a minute so he could give his manager a call, he then came back and apologized for the wait and told us that the bill was taking care of . The next day I got a call from the manger accusing me of harassing the night manager about her accent. He said he couldn't refund the food. I was outraged!!! No apology, instead I get accused of harassing someone that I never even got a chance to talk to because the phone was off the hook. I let him know this and his response was, ""Maybe next time you shouldn't order 30 minutes before we close. Wow that is the crazy response I have ever heard from a manger in the customer service industry! I work in customer service myself so I know how things work. This whole incident was crazy!!! I never signed my credit card slip so they had no choice but to refund my money. My husband and I will never eat from Pizza K again! And if you are planning to, I'd advise you not to order 30 minutes before they close. I guess the advertised close time is inaccurate, huh?

Cons: Getting accused of harassment and getting treated with complete disrespect!!!
