I was quoted an hour delivery; the driver was nowhere to to be seen for half an hour past that. I wanted to see if my order had left the building, and/or locate the driver in case he/she was lost (I live within the 2100ft from store, according to Google Maps).
After being constantly hung up, I finally reached someone at the call center who ""helpfully offered"" to alert the store, claiming the store itself does not have a phone number (really???); instead of trying to see if my food had left the store or possibly locate the driver. After several unsuccessful phone-tag attempts, the driver had finally arrived.
I wouldn't have minded if at least the food arrived in good condition; of course everything was cold by then; the stuffed cheese crust was beyond inedible.
I finally got hold of a ""manager"" who apparently does not have a last name - she refused to refund because by then the driver had left. Seriously, Pizza Hut? Save your time and do not order from them. They do not put in any effort into their food, or customer relations.
