My family normally goes here for the wings and pizza because the nearest good wing place is 30 miles away. The service is slower than most places and there is a general disinterest in the customer. We recently had a problem with the assistant manager and he was very aggressive doing things such as punching his fist in the palm of his hands. He never wanted to hear the customer complaint and from the get go stated you are welcome to leave.\r
We waited for literally 10 minutes for our drinks for the whole family. I had to ask another waitress to bring them because ours was nowhere to be found. She stopped to chat to other customers in the middle of taking our order. She brings out the wrong apetizer and when she brings the right one out she brings it with the meal. The appetizer was for our 2 and 1 year olds to munch on while waiting. When I told her to take the appetizer back that we wanted it before the meal I get this guy coming to me with his best mad dog face on. He tells me to respect his waitress and to not curse her, which never occured. So I proceeded to tell him he needs to teach his waitresses to respect the customer and not stop in the middle of an order to chat with her friends and to listen to the customer. That is when he stated we can leave if we don't like it. The first time talking to me he a tray in his hand thumping it in his hand like you see on movies of the prison guard doing with the riot baton. The next time he came back, which I don't know why maybe he was looking for more confrontation, he was punching his fist in the palm of his hand like a school yard bully. He refused to write down his name and even questioned my aptitude to remember it. He also refused to give me the store number (many sites ask for that and not location) and asked was Cleveland too hard to remember? The whole time this is going on in front of my family and when confronted about his attitude he straightened up. This was the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen.
