Decent pizza that goes down great with a pitcher of beer. I was expecting the pizza to be a little better given the name of the restaurant. I think you will enjoy the food here if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. more

Pizza Orgasmica is long lines after the bars... 6/17/2009

The reviewer below should change "where the rich people are" to "where the drunk people are." If you come here on a weekend night, be prepared to stand next to a bunch of jerks in striped shirts who probably just ordered mojitos at matrix and a bunch of spray-tanned blondes asking each other whether they should text their ex-boyfriends. When it gets busy like this, the staff may take shortcuts and you may find that your pizza isn't a) what you ordered b) warm or c) edible (unless you are also intoxicated.) That said, this place is perfectly fine during "normal" hours -- any time before the bars close. more

Terrible 4/13/2008

I can't speak to the Fillmore location, but pizza from the Clement store is truly awful (and overpriced to boot). I had it once 6 months ago, and didn't like it. Just tried it again, thinking maybe the first time was a fluke. Nope. They try to be hip by offerring unusual toppings, and by giving their pizza's provocative names, but this is Domino's quality pizza at triple the cost. Stay away. Pros: None more

I haven't dined inside the restaurant, but once ordered a pizza for delivery, key word: ONCE. Overly long wait time, soggy cold pizza and limp veggies.I should have known better than to try the Clement location, but I gave it a chance and it was twice as bad. Pros: slightly better than frozen more

Small place and crowded 12/7/2007

If you really want a delicious pizza, you have to check them out. This place is located at Marina District - so it is not one of those ghetto pizzas. Parking is difficult but their pizza is great! Price is expensive (of course its in Marina - where rich people are). more

I tend to live by the "less is more" philosophy when it comes to pizza and usually order plain slices. But....the Pizza Orgasmica with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, and more more more is just delish. The Hula Hula, my fiance's favorite, is quite good too although I still think it's strange to put pineapple on a pizza. We went inside the first time because we couldn't resist the amazing smells drifting out onto the sidewalk. We've eaten in and had delivery and always had a great experience. There are some options on the menu that I'll never try (refried beans? clams? cheddar garlic sauce?), but I'll eat some of the more basic items any time! more

Their Hula Hula is the best 8/1/2006

They are responsible for at least 10 pounds around my middle, but I cannot say no to their hula hula pizza. They deliver within 45 minutes and are always nice on the phone. My favorite in the city. more

Not exactly pizza, but certain combos can be tasty 6/25/2006

First of all, this is only pizza in the loosest sense of the word -- a round crust like thing with stuff on top. I personally really like this place. The Serpent's Kiss is tasty, with sliced zuchinni, roasted chicken, and a garlic/butter sauce. But this is not really pizza. I've only had it delivered, and it's really overpriced IMO. A large pie with what the toppings I like is easily $30, so try and have someone else pay for it! So if you are new to Pizza Orgasmica, keep an open mind and you might just enjoy it. Pros: Very tasty combos Cons: Expensive for crust with stuff on top more

Pizza just like the name 9/20/2005

Pizza is fantastic! I found this place late night after bar hopping on Filmore. Was great when drunk so I decided to order from them one night for dinner. It was just as good so it wasn't just the late night drunken stupor craving. Not sure if they still have the deal, but every time you order, you get a magnet. Save 10, and you get a free pizza. more

Maybe it's my east coast roots and knowing what REAL NYC/New Haven pizza tastes like, but cold, thick, dry bland crusted pizza is not Orgasmica. It's not even good. How this place made second place is anyone's guess. Go buy supermarket Celeste pizza if you want this flavor and it's cheaper too. Horrid. Pros: None Cons: Pizza, Crust more

Had it Delivered to my Hotel 7/7/2004

They sent the wrong one at first, but no hassles what-so-ever with sending out the correct one. The pizza was just ok, maybe had I went to the location it would have been better but the taste was okay. I'm from Boston and LOVE Pizza it wasn't the worst I've ever had but it wasn't Orgasmic for me either. Pros: The Deliver, Taste fine more

Cold Pizza 6/16/2004

I read a previous recommendation before going to San Francisco. Then our cabbie said this pizza was orgasmic! We couldn't wait. Well, two of us disagree. It was open and did serve pizza which was nice because we were hungry. However, the cold pizza was barely edible. And, the t-shirt someone talked about? It wasn't even cute! What a shame. more
