EDIT: Just had a long talk with their manager. He is working on another solution and is committed to fixing this. I appreciate him taking the time to talk to me and the courteous staff trying to make it right... INITIAL POST (Stars Upgraded):::They outsourced their online and phone ordering and now you really should just avoid this location all together. Find a Pizza Hut in the area that hasn't. You'll know immediately if it is an outsourced location. They will keep you on hold for 10+ minutes. They will put you back on hold when you ask a question, and then you'll start all over. They are rude. They are unable to do 99% of what you want done and will have to call the store. They will have to ""conference"" you into the store and they store will not be able to hear you very well. They can't do simple stuff like request ""well done"" ""add crushed red peppers"" ""add plates and napkins"" or anything of the like. This last (and final) try I was simply trying to add a few of these things to my order and it took them so long that the delivery driver had already shown up and left by the time they finally answered me. I asked to talk to a manager, explaining that they had kept me on hold (for the 6th time) for so long that the pizza had already been delivered. She hung up on me. I would rate them zero stars if they would let me.
