Great food 5/18/2006

I have always loved Pit Boss B.B.Q. when it was on US19. It is a few years since I went to this one. The food is good but the staff were not over friendly. The server brought our food but never came back to check if everything was alright. We only saw her when we had finished. The cashier was no friendlier. Because of the good food I would go again. more

Always good Bar-b-q. 3/26/2006

I really preferred the Port Richey Pit Boss but unfortunately it closed. Just depends on what time of the day you eat as to what kind of service you get. We try mid afternoon when it is quiet. They do great sandwiches as well as platters. The beef and pork are great. Chicken is very hit or miss. I have had to send it back for a new piece. We used to take friends all the time but would rather go to their Springhill restaurant. We went back to try this one out today and the food was good so I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars. more

Very Good BBQ 8/10/2005

This is a small restaurant in a shopping plaza. The BBQ and side dishes are very good. We like to go here to eat when we have plenty of time because the waitresses are sometimes slow to bring the bill. They typically bring the food out quick. The food makes up for any slowness on the waitresses part though. more
