Read .. reviews...I've had first-hand experience with Pioneer and they can't be trusted. They do not properly manage their finances nor the entire accounting department. It's a shame such poor customer service still exists in our beautiful city. more

They do not provide any online line acces to property owner accounts. If you want to view your accounts you will get what appears to be a old DOS printout. Their technology seems to not have been updated since some time in the 1980s. more

I had them manage my house until I found out they were robbing me with repairs that were never done. Yes fictitious repairs that never occurred . Besides being robbed their service is still very poor. Even if you decide to use another property management service find out who will do your repairs and what that connection is to them. Heres what I found out about Pioneer and they maintenance service. Look at the addresses below. Should be a bit too close for comfort if you ask me. Worst company I have ever worked with. I saw some other reviews and I don't understand how they stay in business. I guess if you live in a large neighborhood they work extra hard on larger accounts. more

We are very happy with Pioneer and our relationship with the staff that serve our community.  The POA has over 650 members, two pools, a clubhouse, a park and several landscaped areas.  We have almost a half a million dollar budget and many typical neighborhood concerns and challenges.  Paul Meisler, the company owner, attends our monthly meetings and we greatly appreciate his expertise and council.  Pioneer has not only save us a  money over the years, but they have saved us a great deal of heartache in resolving conflicts." more

This month represents my eighth year anniversary doing business with Paul Meisler and Pioneer Property Management. I am constantly amazed by their service. Day or Night ... they deliver the goods! more

Thanksgiving was not pretty this year. We live in a 100+ unit condominium community and a water line burst on the second floor in our condo building and flooded several units. I called Thursday afternoon to report the emergency and received a call back in just a few minutes. Plumbers, water vac people and men to help move furniture were at the property in less than an hour. It was a mess, but by nightfall the situation was under control and we could all sleep without worry about how we would ever clean things up. I was in contact with the property manger several times during the ordeal and feel that the team as a whole did a magnificent job of putting our lives back together and helping us feel safe and supported. I do not know what more I could have expected or received from these people. In my opinion, you can forget the small stuff. This is why we have management. Good Job Pioneer! Suzanne Hardebeck was my landlord's agent in 1985. She helped me find my first house in 1988 & set up the financing, she found my current house for me in 1992, and there's a good chance she'll be the one to find my next house. Rick (her husband) is a good egg as well but my dealings have been mostly with Suzanne. She really knows the Austin market and she is trustworthy. more

For the record, both as a homeowner and now as a board member I've been nothing but pleased with the service provided to Towne Court by Pioneer. I've found the staff to be friendly, competent, and reliable. Pioneer has been a marked contrast to the service we were offered by previous management companies. more

Our neighborhood has used Pioneer Real Estate Services in Austin, Texas, for our property management for the past year. We are a relatively new HOA with some very specific developer-created problems that caused some distinct divisions within the neighborhood. Pioneer was asked to submit a bid for management services, but they gave us much more than a bid. They gave us great advice about how to deal with some of the problem issues we were facing. As a board member I can attest to the fact that they have been extremely responsive when we have had questions. They are prompt in returning phone calls and emails, the staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They are timely in sending out notices and following through with all of our requests regarding enforcement issues. They have been diligent in searching for the best prices for HOA insurance and other services. Their years of experience are evident in the services we receive, and their prices are reasonable when compared to the other bids we received. The Sweetbriar Condominiums have been with Pioneer Property Management for about six years. I have served as board President throughout this time. They have helped us accomplish many revitalization projects in our complex which in turn have increased our property values immensely. They have been wonderful at anytime we need service calls. In addition, Paul always organizes our meeting so they move swiftly and successfully. Our board loves Pioneer and would not entertain the idea of changing Property Management. I can say that I highly recommend PIONER!!!!! more

Their marketing materials and photos were high quality and top notch. They have their finger on the pulse of listing and selling homes online, in addition to the more 'traditional' methods. On top of selling my luxury home in less than a week, which is unheard of in this market, Jon and Vernon are high quality people with great business ethics and class.
