Pinnacle Heights

Pinnacle Heights is falling apart. They are raising their rent only to get rid of the courtesy officer because it is not in the budget. They charge you for carport parking when there is not enough parking spots for the tenants in the first place. It is always a challenge to find a spot to park in unless you want to walk a mile with all of your stuff in hand. The staff is fake and lies to your face. I feel safe here, there is a gate at the front that I use a code for. I don't have to wait in traffic at all during rush hour coming, or leaving. You get what you pay for and it is so much safer than Bell Road. My washer and dryer were included. I have lived here for 3.5 years now and never had a problem except my closet door got off track a couple of times, but they came to fix it so fast. I love being so close to Kroger and everything, but I feel like all of that is so far away b/c it is quiet and off of Mt. View Rd. I have a great view from my top floor on the highest hill there. I would highly recommend it here. Pros: Light traffic, Parking, People, clean, gated-safe, views Cons: A little more expensive, but not by much-well worth it for me to feel safe and at a nice place! more
