Ok, when I first moved here 5 years ago, I saw the long longs for the hot dogs here. And then I read the "Best Of" every year and there s Pink's. Ok, so I stood in the long *ssed line and finally got my hands on 2 (just in case it was that good-I wasn't about to stand in line again). I got plain ones, I wanted to taste the dog itself, nto the chili, sauerkraut or anything else.
It was a freakin' HOT DOG. I've stood in line in NYC gladly for Gray's Papaya. In that "Fools Rush In" movie with Selma Hayek, you can see why she flew it in for that Friends dude. Not these. I dont' get it. And you can even end up having your car towed to get one, the parking here STINKS!!! It's so bad that they had to out up signs to tell you not to park your car right in front where it would make sense to because there is no parking there most of the time. Then their shoebox of a parking lot stinks and you can't park by the flower shop next to it, either.
Go to Weinerschneitzel, it's the same thing and you can stay in your car.
