Pineda Crossing Bar & Grill

Best service of any restaurant in Melbourne. My glass is literally never empty.. plates disappear as soon as the last crumb is gone... No pressure to hurry you out the door even when there is a crowd waiting to be seated. The prices are a bit high.. but, it's NOT Denny's or Applebee's... the price is definitely worth it -- Amazing menu that runs more on the traditional side.. Good food, good atmosphere... more

My husband and I go to Pineda Crossing quite often when we need a night out without the kids. It has a nice, cozy interior and wonderful fresh food. They have quite an extensive menu, with something to please everyone. All of their food is fresh and perfectly prepared. We usually have to wait to get a table but there is a bar (you can even order food at the bar if you wish). I generally get the steak and my husband gets fried shrimp or pork loin. Their salads have an excellent house dressing and the bread is always nice and fresh. Perhaps the best thing about Pineda Crossing is the service. They have a wonderful, attentive wait staff and their hostesses and bartenders are terrific, as well. No, it's not cheap but it's not overly expensive either. You get what you pay for! more

We stopped in here as we had always wondered how the food was. The food was about normal for seafood and steaks establishment. The service was good, but the prices were I believe too high for the quality of the food. It's a popular place for dinner, and perhaps lunches are more reasonable. I wasn't unduly impressed one way or the other. It is very nice interior however, but not much else I saw that made me want to return. more
