Classy Classical Pilates 9/18/2008

The women at Pilates Aligned are the very best. I recommend them over any other studio I've attended for their professionalism, compassion, and spirit. I have noticed they are also expert at working with injured clients. more

I'm hooked on Pilates Aligned 8/3/2008

Pilates Aligned has experienced, enthusiastic instructors who give you lots of personal attention and really care about the progress of their students. Class sizes rarely get bigger than 5 students. The studio is fully equipped with all the Pilates equipment, which is kept nice and clean. I love this place and go three times a week. more

Conscientious, compassionate classical Pilates 5/21/2007

I cannot laud Pilates Aligned enough. After decades of athletics, including a "Pilates-based" program, at 46 I was disabled by the 1st of 2 auto accidents. Missing halves of 2 vertebrae & remnants of a shattered disc from MVA #1, & burdened by a cervical fusion and severe musculoskeletal issues, at 49 someone else ran into me & messed up my right SI joint. In all, I spent 4 years pursuing integrative medical treatments. I thought I'd never escape my miserable life of severe chronic pain & narcotics. 2 years ago, a few months after the 2nd accident, I was fortunate to be referred to Pilates Aligned & Danielle Hendricks. Pros: All pros. Cons: No cons. more

  • Pilates Aligned is a fully equipped, client-centered studio in Denver specializing in teaching the "Classic Pilates Method." Combining deep core strengthening with stretching, coordination, control and balance, Pilates works to reshape and re-educate the body; create long, lean muscles and strong, flexible joints; improve postural alignment; and establish intelligent, graceful movement patterns.

    Pilates Aligned owner Cara Reeser, a second generation Pilates instructor, received her initial training in NYC with Master Teacher, Kathleen Stanford Grant. A highly respected instructor and educator in the field, Cara teaches continuing education workshops nationally and is on the faculty at Naropa University teaching dance and movement studies.

    The staff at Pilates Aligned are certified through The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado.
