Always made to feel at home. Staff is so friendly and Kara is the greatest! Anytime I call for an appointment they manage to get me in ASAP and most times it's on the same day......

Left a mess. once...no call back, actually spoke to someone the second time and offered to pay by phone ahead of time, was told I would get a call back, still waiting. It's too ...

it was my first brazilian...the technician made me feel very comfortable and relaxed -- i will be going back. the reception area was bright and cheerful and the receptionist was very discreet and friendly. i highly recommend Pia's. more

Fantastic Pedicures! 6/14/2008

The atmosphere is very relaxing and a pedicure there is a great way to treat and pamper yourself! You can pick your scent for the scrub and lotion they use which is nice. They also serve you wine. more

Great Brazilian and other waxing 6/10/2008

Ana does a great job. I have gone to her for 3 Brazilians now and I am hooked. She also does great eyebrow shaping and lip waxing and facials. The one negative thing I will say is that the facials are a little on the pricey side. Pros: little pain, they make you comfortable Cons: facials are a little pricey more

Quality Customer Service! 4/23/2008

I just moved to Florida and didn't estimate the drive time accurately. I called to say that I may a few minutes late. They were very nice and varied my directions and even "asked" if the next client were to show up a little early, if it would be O.K. to take them on back? The simple courtesy of being asked was already over the top and I hadn't even gotten on the table!! I was indeed a few minutes late and once I got there they were still trying make sure I was comfortable-instead of ushering me in and straight to the back-you know how that goes....I was asked on more than one occasion if I wanted anything to drink-even before I left the facility. My drive to the spa is about an hour or so-the service is definitely worth it. Oh! the wax was.....as pleasant as it can be. The technician was great; she could be my she-ro if she could figure out how to perform that procedure in such a way that you feel absolutely no pain. She continue to check and make sure I was O.K. Best experience at any spa EVER! Definitely go there! 8/27/2007

I JUST got home from my very first visit at Pia. It was one of the most positive spa experiences I have ever had (and there have been MANY)! The girls at Pia were so welcoming and friendly. I felt completely relaxed throughout my time there. Many spas (particularly in the Westchase area) are pretentious and leave you with the impression that they had something better to do. Pia was the complete opposite. I was there for a waxing (my first time) and I was terrified. But the warm receptionist immediately offered me a drink and made me feel completely comfortable before heading off to assist another customer. Alex, the owner, was fantastic! Her pleasant and attentive demeanor made me feel like getting this service was one of the best decisions I ever made. She was very professional and gentle throughout the procedure and made my experience very enjoyable. I will DEFINITELY go back to Pia for all of my future spa services. I absolutely LOVE it! Great Experience! 7/30/2007

I went to Pia's in Westchase for a facial and my first eyebrow shaping. Anna was my esthetician; she was professional and friendly. The spa is clean, relaxing, and inviting. Unlike many day spa's I've been to, the front desk staff was not snooty and the spa did not reek of perfume scent. It was a great experience and I will be back!
