Best Bikini Wax ever!! 8/15/2006

The waxing professional at Pia Esthetics Day Spa really put me at ease, and did a wonderful job! I didn't have to bother with the hassles of shaving throughout my whole honeymoon, and that's priceless! They are sanitary, helpful for skin care tips afterward, and there was never any sales pressure! I recommend Pia's for anyone looking for a reliable place to get an efficient, professional wax. more

Sanctuary 8/13/2006

This place is my sanctuary in the city. I love going for a relaxing wax, facial, and massage. I highly recommend this place over any other salons in the city. Pros: Pia offers late appointment for working people Cons: Have not found any yet :) more

Finally a day spa concept "out of the box" 6/27/2006

Moving to Tampa was not easy for many reasons. One of the hardest things in my relocation process was to find a Spa in this town that goes beyond the usual boring stuff. I visited many in south tampa.. Basically the same old stuff, just different name. I think Pia Esthetics is the exception to the rules. I loved that place from the moment I stepped in. I've got a brazilian wax by Pia, and... I don't miss my spa in NY anymore! She is the most experienced and caring professional I've seen. Facial Treatments are amazing too.. I think a whole new experience. The overall spa experiencie was superior in all aspects... If you're looking for a truly different experience, dont waste time in other places. I wish I would find out about pia's sooner. more

Irresponsible Staff 6/5/2006

My first trip out there, I had a Chocolate massage scheduled. Turns out I'm not an ideal candidate for this type of treatment, ... but the masseuse gladly switched gears and gave me a Deep Tissue instead, which was wonderful. Another time went for a classic manicure and waited about 45 minutes past the scheduled appt time only to be rushed thru my service. The hand massage lasted about 15 seconds. I expressed disappointment as I was checking out and later that eve, a mgr called to let me know they were crediting me $25. more

I have been getting my brazilian waxes from Pia for over 2 yrs now. I have been to several different locations in the local area and by far the best service is at Pia Esthetics. They are friendly and professional, I would recommend the spa to anyone. more

i love the atmosphere, i love the professionalism, & i love the services. i have had nothing but great results here. the brazilian waxes are great, & the eyelash extensions are beautiful. i recommend pia esthetics to anyone with skincare needs. oh and the hours are sooo convenient. more

A friend told me about Pia's a while back and I've never looked back. I drive all the way from St. Pete to visit this great place! I found raving reviews on the internet about Pia Aesthetics and decided to have full leg and bikini waxing done. True to the reviews I was more than satisfied with the whole experience and will definitely return. I was greeted very well all staff members were very nice and friendly. The sunny little bungalow was so cozy and inviting! And Nayla made me feel right at home and comfortable even though this was my first visit to the place. The waxing was least painful and very well done and Im still happy with the results.As I said I will definitely return and even try some of the other services! more

Miami waxing in Tampa! 1/29/2006

Coming from Miami, where waxing places are a dime a dozen, I was disheartened when I arrived in Tampa and couldn't find a place to get my monthly Brazilian. Thank goodness for Pia's ads on the internet, which brought me to this adorable little boutique off Bay to Bay. Not only do they email appointment reminders, but fresh cookies and tea await you upon your arrival. The waxing is superb, relaxing, and keeps the hair away! Thanks! more

i wrote a review for Pia's several years ago and just wanted to reiterate how wonderful everyone there is. i am still going to Pia's on a regular basis. I have now added massage with Orit and pedicures with Paola to my list of services. They are all incredible and walking into the spa is like walking into a friend's house. I am still living in Dunedin, working in Clearwater, yet traveling to South Tampa for spa services at Pia's. I tried switching to a closer spa for convenience, however, you just cannot come close to matching the quality of Pia Esthetics. Congratulations Pia, if anyone deserves success it is you. I will never go anywhere else to get a Brazilian wax! Nayla is wonderful and does a fantastic job. The pain level is minimal and the results are flawless. Parking can be challenging, but the hours of operation are excellent for the working professional. I look forward to indulging in some of their other services in the near future. I'd Never Go Anywhere Else! 1/29/2006

I started going to Pia's over a year ago for waxing because I was told by a friend that Pia was "the best." And my friend was right! They do a great job (I now get my nails done there too - you can't get your nails done that well anywhere in town for that price!) However, the best part is the staff & the atmosphere (you feel more like you are just hanging out with your girlfriends than getting a bikini wax!) more
